Some people say that schools do not make enough efforts in teaching young people to look after their health and they add that schools should undertake health education seriously . Do you agree or disagree ?

Some people say that schools do not make enough efforts in teaching young people to look after their health and they add that schools should undertake health education seriously . Do you agree or disagree ?

Undoubtedly , it is universal truth that " health is wealth " , but with today's rapidly changing world health issues are becoming worrying concern . It has been extremely debatable whether schools should take health education seriously or not . I ponder that it will derive positive consequences if added .
Multifarious factors are there to prove it . First and foremost , is that when they are taught at tender age they learn better as it is said that " The early bird catches the worm " and as a result they will become more health conscious which will automatically inhibit the risk of absenteeism and this will result as a salient contributing factor for higher academic scores .
Furthermore , there is an axiom that " sound mind develops in a sound body " which shows that health education will allow myriad possibilities to nation to grow but it is only possible when children of any nation are healthy because it is true that " today's children are tomorrow's leaders" , hence a healthy nation will grow with great alacrity . On the other side it will also enable government to utilize the money , which is a kind of towering outlay on health problems , in the development or progress of their country .
However , others believe that school curriculum already have plethora of subjects and adding health education will be fractious for children . Adding to it , they also believe that it is mandatory part of parents teaching and it would be onerous for teachers to teach it at school.
To recapitulate, I strongly believe that the positive outcomes of adding health education overweigh it's negative side. Factor supporting to this is that it is proved by scientific research that child' s mind develop upto the age of 5 and they show extraordinary talent of becoming an erudite .

Some people believe that punishment is the only purpose of prisons, while others believe that prisons exist for various reasons. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Some people believe that punishment is the only purpose of prisons, while others believe that prisons exist for various reasons. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Some people think prisons are build for punishment, while others think there are many reasons why prisons exist. However, I believe that both views have different perspectives.
Those that support prisons exist for punishment argue The people who get the punishment only for lawbreakers, such as corruption in the government. When the people work at the government, mostly people have opportunity to do corruption. They face a lot of budgeting and money every time. Many people can be honest, but others not. The people who take hot money from the government can be called corrupter, how they can do is to blow up budget and make incorrect report from the fact. The person who does cheating like this will give the punishment sooner or later.
However, others believe there are many reasons for prisons. Firstly, the prisons exist for shelter. The beggars and the buskers can be hold in the prisons. They are safe and feel comfortable because they have a place to live. Another reason is prisons for support the creativity. People who have not a place to live can stay at prisons and they can improve their creativity, such as making creative goods for unemployment. Staying at the prisons also studies about leadership. It means, people can study about character building, decision making and improve themselves to become a good leader.
In conclusion, prisons are not only for punishment but also for shelter, improve creativity and study leadership. It is imperative people should see the prisons from different way.

Growing a Child- Chapter 2

SECOND CHAPTER-

Thanks readers, for your interest and thanks for encourage me to write second chapter.

BIRTH CHILD.

As discussed above to grow a child parents has to be a child.

>>

At the age of 2 year child pampered by parents and most grand father and mother. My opinion that in this age of time the child needs mother but most important child require their grand father and mother. Because they are very experienced to growing child. The way they grow that meter of love can't be measure.

But before leaving child with grands parents, be make sure they doesn't teach superstition (अन्धविश्वास) to kid. Because superstition (अन्धविश्वास) can take  place in child's mind badly, this age is the pick time to growth of child's mind. But superstition can stop it.

> If we took an example if a child going to moving dish as we heard in are childhood grand parents teach them that don't do that god will punish you, god will not give the food if you not respect.
> But if they can use to say with some pamper hand that " My kid don't do this it;s create bad noise and also we have to thank god for this food we have to respect it, it's a bad manner." How easy these lines are.

> Another example if child split somewhere grand parents teach them "don't do this if you do so, god will punish you, and raise a Thorn in your hand."
> But if they teach child like "My kid don't split out anywhere, we have to keep are city clean and neat. and show them an example that 'elders who eat Tobacco they split over and how bad it look's like?, make them realize that  It's not looks good.' And we are from good family, it doesn't s suits on us." How easy and manageable to understand this sentence.

So, always keep distance between a Growing child and Superstition (अन्धविश्वास). It's badly effect child's thoughts, their drems and maybe their mind can be limited in future. As i seen an example of it a child who grow in the environment of superstition can stop him every movement, before taking any decision in elder age can prevent him, At the elder age child can loose his/her confidence.
(Like if i do this thing at this way than it can be happen this way, this is not the right way, if i do so something bad can happen and all.)

After failing for the 1st time if Thomas Edison's mother ask him that "Son don't do this, god don't want that you to go against them and inventing which can give a light like sun. God created only sun to produce light, if you do it god will fry you in pan with cooking oil???"

For now i am limiting my words here because when i start reading books i always fill sleepy so i am dividing my topics in small chapter so we can enjoy it. I will post next blog soon with next chapter and will meet next part of life with what is good for a growing kid.

Thanks for your time, your valuable feedback will be accepted.
Until than be happy and stay safe.

Growing a Child- Chapter 1

FIRST CHAPTER-
CHILD BORN
> I am giving this words how to growing child in my point of view. I also gather some points from my resources. This is my First Blog.
When a child born, He/She doesn't know, what is life all about? But as growing day by day He/She understand what is going on here. And how to deal with routine. It's all up-to us how we make our child's life, How we treat him.

>>
In india when a lady get pregnant she get prisoned as she limit her contact, hiding behind doors, not able to live life joyfully, All the Time only BHAGVAT GEETA & GOD. Even sometime she says "god save me." The name of god is important but not enough that after 9 months she give birth to a saint.
As we all know child start learning things what's going on outside when child is in her mother's bag and counting down to come-out. So Locking doors is not solution the lady has to fill like she is going to doing something never before, something adventurous for her. And it can only be possible if her mother-in-law wants. That's Embarrassing for us.
So families start give Independence to the mother not only concentrate on her food made from 'DESI GHEE' and thinking about to protect her from bad eyes.
So show courage, be kind and genuine to women Because new come child depend on the women that how she suffer 9 months, We live in 21st century.
>>
Most of families synchronize child's first month in a locked room. Even child mother treated like she done a job that she get prisoned. Here I am clearing that my words are not pointing a Religion or not pointing any Culture. But after seeing many cases, I humbly felt bad for the lady.
>We can understand child need some safe environment after birth but why his/her mother suffer from it?

>Why she can't even touch anything in home and prisoned behind the doors?
I am only saying here that "child start learning and felting to hurting someone from this rude behavior for his/her mother. Child also get hurt when mother get disappointed sometime.
So We have to clear the second step of child. and even help her mom to re-build the good image of her own in her mind that she didn't made any mistake to give a birth. And only learn a child from the first day that be courage and king no matter how tough the situation is.

>>
When child getting older and older they are getting worse. Oops i mean in the seance of annoying from their naughtiness. Like they are not easily listening to anyone. They are annoying to everyone from their kind arguments. But we never try to know why they argue. They argue because they don't know what the world is all about? No rules for them. BUT we are making boundary on their limits of thinking or thoughts, we have no idea that how far they can think in this smaller age, because their mind is fresh to use for it. Always support kid to build something new. Never shout on them because if they capture that you are shouting on them all the time and scolding on them, so they will never try to understand you, they will only ignore you and it will hurt you in future.
So, i am suggesting you that to treat the child, be the child when you are growing a child. Always give some interesting and innovative food to them and they will also invent something new in the future in dishes who knows he/she can became the ' chef '.
BE A VISIONARY FOR THE KID. HOLD HANDS AND SUPPORT IN THIS PERIOD OF LIFE.
Here i am limiting my words i will post next chapter soon. Thanks for reading my blog, appreciate you time. please apology if there is any kind of grammar or spelling mistake.
Thanks. Be happy and safe. I will shortly post my next blog with next chapter.

Discover The Best Natural Gout Treatments

Gout is a complex form of arthritis and is characterized by sudden and severe attacks of pain, redness, tenderness and swelling the in joints, often the joint at the base of the big toe (approximately 50% of cases). Other joints, such as the heels, knees, wrists and fingers, may also be affected. Gout is caused by high levels of uric acid in the blood. The uric acid crystallizes, and the crystals deposit in joints, causing a lot of pain and inflammation. Men are more likely to get gout, but women become increasingly vulnerable to gout after menopause.
Here are the best natural gout treatments that involve diet and lifestyle changes:
Lose weight
Controlling your weight is essential if you have gout. Results from study published in 2010 at Boston University School of Medicine found that obesity is a major risk factor for gout. About half of all gout sufferers are found to be overweight, and this excess weight worsens the situation. It is therefore evident from this study that losing weight, and maintaining a proper body weight, will greatly improve the chances of further gout attacks.
Drink water
Increasing water intake helps to flush uric acid from the system and prevents build up of crystallization of uric acid around the joints. So drink plenty of water, about 8 glasses a day, and stay hydrated. You can add to the water the juice of half lemon into an 8-oz. glass of warm water. Drink it in the morning about 30 minutes before breakfast. The lemon water will help you manage your gout, as lemon juice helps prevent the formation of urate crystals and keeps your blood and urine pH slightly alkaline. Find here more information about 8 health benefits of drinking lemon water.
Foods to avoid
Avoid foods that are rich sourches of uric acid. These include organ meats and seafoods such as sardines and anchovies. It is also advised to eliminate coffee and all other caffeine sources from your diet, reduce sugar consumption and alcohol.

Foods to eat:

1. Pineapple
Although there is a need for further scientific evidence to confirm pineapple’s efficacy, it is believed that bromelain, a compound of digestive enzymes, as well as other compounds, can reduce gout and ease pain. If you cannot get fresh pineapples, also canned pineapples or pineapple juice can help ease your pain by consuming it daily to help reduce inflammation. Pineapple has a range of other health benefits and you can use it as a natural medicine.
2. Grapes
Adding grapes to your diet can lower uric acid in the blood stream and thus helping to prevent gout.
3. Cherries and berries
Cherries, along with strawberries and other berries, are a rich source of antioxidants and help fight inflammation in the body. Tart cherries and strawberries contain two powerful compounds, anthocyanins and bioflavonoids that help to relieve and prevent arthritis and gout in your body. Other berry types are similarly rich in these kinds of antioxidants. You can find more information about the amazing healing properties of berries in my e-book The Healing Berry Guide which will teach you how to transform your health with berries. Recent studies have found that eating about 30 pieces of cherries within 48 hours of a gout attack may cut the risk of recurrence of gout pain significantly. Eat tart cherries in all forms – fresh, or as cherry juice, or in the form of tart cherry extract. Read more about tart cherries for joint inflammation here.
4. Apple cider vinegar (ACV)
ACV is packed of nutrients, but the ingredient thought to be most effective in treating and preventing gout is acetic acid. Although ACV tastes acidic, the acetic acid turns alkaline inside the body and creates a pH-balanced environment that gout can’t thrive in. Although further research needs to be done to verify these claims, it is believed that drinking apple cider vinegar can break up uric acid crystals and prevent them from reforming in the joints, helping blood circulation and purification, and reduces inflammation and swelling in the joints, thus allowing for better flexibility of the joints. Take 2-3 tablespoons of undiluted ACV, twice or three times a day. If you cannot manage to consume pure undiluted ACV, mix it in a glass of water. Find here 10 uses for apple cider vinegar for great health and at home.
5. Turmeric
One of the active ingredients in turmeric is called curcumin, and is used in traditional Chinese medicine and Indian Ayurvedic medicine to treat arthritis. Taking turmeric may also help gout, because it has anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric is safe for most people but do consult your doctor before taking turmeric supplement to make sure it doesn’t interfere with any medications you take. Read here more about the amazing health benefits of turmeric.
6. Parsley
Parsley is a natural diuretic that helps your body flush out excess uric acid from your bloodstream through your kidneys and urinary tract, thus improves kidney function. A certain substance in parsley called apigenin is responsible for lowering uric acid in your body and this substance is still being researched as a potential gout cure. A study found that apigenin inhibits the enzyme responsible for converting purines into uric acid.
Exercise
Exercise is not recommended while your joints are painful or when it might cause further injury, but once your gout is back under control, exercise increases circulation and normalizes uric acid levels in the body.
Baking soda
Baking soda can help reduce the amount of uric acid. Mix 1/2 teaspoon baking soda in 8 oz. glass of water and drink. If you suffer from acute attack increase the amount to 1 teaspoon of baking soda and drink up to 4 times throughout the day. Be aware that baking soda can increase blood pressure, so consult with your doctor before using it. Find here 6 uses for baking soda as a kitchen medicine.
Devil’s Claw Extract
Devil’s claw is anti-inflammatory herb that can help ease the pain and is used in arthritis, gout, muscle pain and back pain. It contains chemicals that might decrease inflammation and swelling and resulting pain. If you have diabetes or using a blood thinning medicine don’t take this herb.
Safflower capsules
Safflower helps relieve gout by neutralizing uric acid and removing toxins and waste from the body. It also works as an anti-inflammatory and helps relieve painful stiff joints.

How to relieve gout pain

1. Try cold packs or cold compresses on the joint to lessen the inflammation and help the pain. Apply it to the joint for 20 to 30 minutes several times a day.
2. Take Epson salt bath to Reduce pain and muscle cramps. Just add 2 cups to your bath water and soak for at least 15 minutes, 3 times a week, to reap the benefits. You can also do hand-foot soak – Add ½ cup of Epsom salt to a large bowl and soak your feet or hands for about 20 minute. Also read here about the most extraordinary uses for Epsom Salt.
3. Rest the joint until the pain decreases (if you have an acute attack, you probably won’t be able to move the joint much anyway). If you can, raise the affected joint on a pillow.
4. Use essential oils to relieve pain – some essential oils have analgesic properties, which means that they have shown to relieve or reduce pain, as well as anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic properties. see more information in article The Top 15 Essential Oils to Relieve Pain and How to Use Them.

According to the ancient Indian healing wisdom science of Ayurveda
Vata, the principle dosha for movement, is the predominant function with the skeleto-muscular system and the nervous system. Problems relating to these systems are predominantly caused by aggravated and imbalanced Vata. Vatavyadhis comes under a group of diseases which is manifested by dhatu kshaya or margavarana and those are classified according to hetu, sthana and lakshana. In the classification of dhatukshayajanya vatavyadhis, many degenerative conditions are considered. Cervical spondylosis can be considered one among them and can be compared with ‘Vishwachi’.

The symptoms of the disease were observed in the patients were Pain in the neck, Headache, Numbness/Tingling sensation in arm and Pain with neck movements Weakness of arm and Dizziness. The results were assessed on the basis of symptomatic improvement using visual analogue scale. Improvement was observed in most of the symptoms due to reduction in inflammation and spasm provided by Vatahara treatment and Nadi Sweda (local heat).

2. In another clinical study conducted at Dept. of Panchakarma, Institute for Post Graduate Teaching and Research in Ayurveda, Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar, India, the effect of Panchatikta Kshira Basti along with Asthishrinkhala Vati and Nirgundi Patrapinda Sweda along with Asthishrinkhala Vati were studied and compared. In Neurological manifestation Basti proved better, whereas in symptoms like stiffness, pain, tenderness Patrapinda Sweda showed better results.

3. The randomized controlled clinical trial study was conducted on a total of 36 registered patients (both sexes, aged between 20-60 years) diagnosed as Cervical Spondylosis coming under the inclusion criteria. These Patients were selected from the OPD of Department of Kaya Chikitsa and Panchakarma, Govt.
